Considerations for coordinated occupancy:

-The lesker-sputter and aja-evap systems generally require intermittent attention during operation.

- Other tools require more attention during operation.

Rules: -

Check reservations on Badger, including small tools such as hummer and plasma-etch.

- Reserve tools, to reflect your planned presence in the lab.

- Coordinate occupancy if required.

If someone is on a long run on lesker-sputter or aja-evap, and you need a short run on something else, you may be able to do a run while they leave the room briefly.

- Visually count the occupants before entering the Venice Lab.
