MOCVD Lab

The MOCVD community is a small, but highly intense-use (and highly cooperative!) group of users.  With only two tools, managing density should be straight-forward.  As usually, MOCVD labmembers should coordinate use with each other and abide by the standard lab or remote buddy rules as appropriate.  

Rules:

- Check reservations on Badger
- Coordinate if processing with a buddy present
- One person in the lab entry room at a time
- Visually count the occupants before entering the MOCVD lab
