ExFab Tools in the Cleanroom

While the Graphene and CNT furnaces, Heidelberg2, Lesker2, and S-Neox are ExFab tools (so appear under the nSiL tab of Badger), they are located in the Cleanroom, so are subject to Cleanroom occupancy rules.  To use any of these tools, you MUST reserve an Occupancy space in the Cleanroom in addition to making reservations on any of these tools.
