Plan Your Visit

Before your lab visit:

• For the Cleanroom:
  • Make sure to reserve tools that did not need reservations before, like wet benches, svgcoat/dev.
• For satellite labs:
  • make equipment reservations
  • communicate and coordinate with existing reservers, as needed
• Contact staff to coordinate any special needs

The day of your visit:

• Health Check: BEFORE arriving on campus
• Parking Permit: If driving.  Note new registration requirements for off-hours parking, effective Nov. 2.
• Check Badger status: as equipment and lab status may have changed
• Face covering: Bring/wear
• Do not linger in the building or common areas

Be aware!  Health Check is used for confidential contact tracing.  If you experience symptoms, suspect COVID-19, or test positive for SARS-CoV-2, report on Health Check, regardless of whether you planned a visit, if you have been on campus within the prior two week period.  This will activate contact tracing, so that anyone who may be at risk will be informed as needed and in confidence.
