This general category is used to describe materials that are one to a few monolayers in thickness. The chemical compositions of these 2D materials can vary widely. Below is listed the equipment where you can deposit (sorted by deposition method) and etch it, as well as interesting fab documentation regarding your material. If your material of interest is not approved, please consult the PROM committee.
